Marca2 is an ecommerce that sells customized products for kids.
Since the products are customizable they have a long fabrication time, with a few steps before shipping, wich was generating anxiety in the clients who were asking all the time: "When will my order be shipped?"
In conjunction with an IT team member, we implemented an inhouse tracking for all orders. Our customers now benefit by receiving constant updates with the status for their orders. The automatic updates cut down the manual replies by 90% and significantly lessen the anxiety of our customers.
